TC at Sin City 2014

Team Chicago added some strong new players to its veteran core for the Sin City Shootout which took place in Las Vegas this past February.  The team battled through a tough seeding round to earn a spot in the top half of the bracket.  Billy was at the top of his game, and posted back to back shutouts to get the team into the championship game.  Unfortunately, the team was unable to get past a powerful Winnepeg team.  As always, great times were had by everybody

The Raiders

The Raiders Floor Hockey team is one of the longest running teams in the area, with roots going back over 20 years.  Many great players have won many league titles over the years.  The team last won the Wednesday night championship at the Salt Creek Sports Center over the summer.  Their title was taken away from them this fall by their long time rivals the Toros who have a long history of their own.  These two teams have battled for many league titles over the years.  A young and hungry Foxhound team has stepped up and is right on par with these two longtime powerhouses.  If you think your team is good enough to battle these teams, go to the Salt Creek website for registration information, but beware:  These teams are good, and with High Voltage, The Bearcats, and Sugarfoot rounding out the field, wins are going to be hard to come by.
